FAQ

Are you qualified?

No, but then again no more or less qualified than any of the other columnists out there.  I have a brain in my head and will tell the truth.  That’s good enough for me

Copied and pasted from Wikipedia:

Fair use, a limitation and exception to the exclusive right granted by copyright law to the author of a creative work, is a doctrine in United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without acquiring permission from the rights holders. Examples of fair use include commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching, library archiving and scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test. The term fair useoriginated in the United States.

Teaching is debatable, but it’d definitely commentary and criticism.

How often do you publish?

So far, I have been able to make this a daily column, but it always depends on the material I’m given.  So far I have plenty of letters in the hopper, but if that changes, I’ll be publishing less frequently

I disagree with what you said.

That’s not a question.
